• Recorded and stored digital photographs-great for insurance records as well as visual reference without having to be at the specific location.

• File management-catalogued pertinent information such as construction types (metal, brick, wood, rubber, built up, etc.) square footatges, lighting (locations, type, bulb information), historical service records, equipment nameplate data (motor type and size, belt size, voltage, amperage, fuse size, etc.).
